RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all our policies, terms, and conditions should be read before placing your order, as we will abide strictly by these policies. REFUNDS We do not do Refunds! We do not refund; Store Credit Only Within 7 Calendar days! All returns and exchanges are accepted within 5-7 calendar days from delivery. Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven't been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 5-7 business days. The only option for any order return is EXCHANGE VIA STORE CREDIT. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@dazrinfashion.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at orders@dazrinfashion.com. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. You’ll automatically receive a store credit if approved within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@dazrinfashion.com. Damages and issues We stand by the quality of our merchandise and services and definitely want our customers to be satisfied with their items. We make sure that the quality control team carefully inspects every package before it leaves our facility. Damaged merchandise is unlikely. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales/Discounted items under any condition. .

EXCHANGES (IF ELIGIBLE) Exchange request can be made under the following conditions: A sold-out item. An obvious defected item. A mix-up in your order. Wrong sizing. Exchange will not be granted unless all of the following conditions are met: No Stains on the garment The hang tags and labels are intact as received. No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric. Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. Dazrin Fashion will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash, including the smell of fragrances and smoke, and we cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care. Exchanges (If Eligible) For wrong Sizing, items can only be exchanged for a store credit. You can re-order some items or any other item of your choice using the store credit. Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven't been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 7 business days. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items or promotional items( when a discount code is applied) cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once your returned item is received and inspected by the relevant department, you will be notified electronically of the status of your exchange request; usually, it takes 2-5 business days from the day of returning the item to us. If the returned item passes the necessary checks, a store credit will be granted to process an exchange. OPENING PACKAGES Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package. SHIPPING

After receiving payments, all orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Dazrin Fashion does not deliver to P.O Box. Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise. You will be notified via email of any delays in shipping. Please note that delays may arise during national holidays. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's sole responsibility. Dazrin Fashion is not responsible for custom duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once the shipping company marks your package as delivered.
